The Sentry® Premium Aluminum Window Guard products are proudly manufactured and assembled 100% in the U.S.A. by American Architectural Windows, Inc. Established in 1983, American Architectural Windows have been manufacturing, supplying and installing aluminum fenestration products to the U.S. building industry. We have been manufacturing aluminum window guards for more than 15 years and quality is our passion. Our attention to detail, combined with our extensive manufacturing experience has allowed us to provide property managements, landlords and parents with a product they can trust and rely on.
Despite the economic challenges facing our country, it has been quite an honor to be the largest suppliers of aluminum child guards for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and various other building management companies for the last eight years. We have taken so much pride in our work, that it has been valued and relied upon for as long as it has been, and we continue to be a valuable resource to the NYCHA and others. The NYCHA is the largest federally funded building development in the country. We have provided 98% of the child guard needs to various NYCHA locations throughout the city; which translates into us being the largest volume manufacturer in the country. We are also proud to say that our company is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in addition to being a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
We are changing the standards in the window guard industry, previously most window guard manufacturers only offered three standard child guard colors to choose from; those colors were White, Bronze and Mill Finish and were only available in a standard liquid paint finish. Sentry® is proud to be the first in the industry to offer 20 standard architectural colors and has raised the bar to an AAMA 2604 Power Coating finish, providing an unmatched performance and durability exceeding all industry standards; able to match any building facade or window frame colors. In addition, we are capable of matching any color that isn’t part of our standard colors. Most excitingly, Sentry® Window Guards is able to offer this breakthrough product at 10% – 30% below standard window guard manufacturers.
